Quick and easy.

I booked a condo vs hotel and the required paperwork was cumbersome and complicated. I’m also getting messages about “not having my credit card info on file” but this should have been handled by Travelocity? When I try to return their call the call center is not staffed and the recording says to call back later. Poor service by a third party.

I was not e-mailed my itinerary nor given the opportunity to print it out. Now I don’t know how to get my itinerary.
