The website worked very well. I am not sure if I want to add yet another app to my phone. Not sure what the benefit would be. I did receive an email from ‘Expedia’ with a link to my ‘travel insurance’ is this a phishing scam? It’s confusing

This is my first trip I have ever booked by myself. I was extremely excited and spent my hard earned money on a trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands. When I bought a packaged deal through Travelocity the flight was to a completely different island from where my hotel was. I have been on the phone for 3 hours trying to talk to customer service and nothing has changed. I am extremely disappointed. Make sure you double check there packaged deals because they might just send you to the wrong island.

Staff were a mixed bag of nice and grumpy. One woman had worked 12 hours and her energy showed it. Rooms not very clean, debris in corners, halls smelled
