If roundtrip involves two different airlines, know that you will get a receipt for payment from each airline and the total cost will not exceed the total cost on Travelocity’s statement. Was confusing for me, but a call to Travelocity clarified everything in short order. Good experience. Will definitely use Travelocity in the future.

I made my reservation yesterday and have not received any notification of my booking as I was informed that I would be. I have nothing that indicates that a purchase was made using my credit card or listing my flight information. Very poor service…

There was an error in my booking where I had two different dates that I was looking at and the wrong one got entered. Travelocity was wonderful. They contacted the hotel and corrected the error. They helped me resolve it satisfactorily. Staff were great. Thanks Travelocity.

I did not have the opportunity to select my seats nor baggage options while purchasing my flight from your site. It not only is an inconvenience to do separately but it also costs more. (traveling Frontier Air). Thanks, Len
