I made reservations on line. The web site was easy and smooth operating; everything went off without a hitch.

I went on line to book and saw at the end that their were no clarity fir a cancellation ,if needed sonZ did not go through the on line booking, and then closed up tab… Went to call directly to clarify things on the booking of that hotel, and waited on the line for about twenty minutes for answers, so hung up, then I see that this booking had been booked for me, without even agreeing to permit my card to be used , so called another rep. Of Travelocity to make sure it was cancelled,Moshe said to me within twenty four hors , I will get credit on my card that it has been cancelled ..and now I see that neuling has been done.
I am a long time customer of travelocity and expect better customer service.
I hoe that you will cancel as I requested my reservation.!!! Without charges !!!

I thought it was fairly simple to book my flights and choose my seats. I cannot make a real statement about service though until such time as I see how accurate or easy it is to actually board these flights at the same time, day and seat assignment I chose.

It was fast and easy although I do not care for the false advertising that I can reserve now and pay later. How is that true when I go through all of the same steps by providing ALL OF MY Payment info?
How did I sign up for your nonsense advertisement junk mail?
I did not.
What are the asterisk for? What do they mean? Do I need to read the legal disclaimer to learn that despite the fact that I never want you to contact me for any reason whatsoever to learn that you’ll add my email to your junk mail list and pass it on to other places you think I want to hear from. Yeah NO.
