There was excellent information on the site as to whether or not a hotel took pets, was non-smoking, had an elevator, and had a restaurant. There was a spot in the reservation form for making special requests, and the form was very straightforward in filling it out. Advice to double-check special requests with the hotel was appreciated. Price was comparable to other sites, including the hotel site.

Package bundling and pricing. On the downside, the website allowed us to provide all information and submit the itinerary then made us start all over because one of our flights had filled even after we’d selected our seats. Instead of allowing us to retain all information we’d input and simply select an alternate flight, we had to start again from scratch. In the meantime, generous car rental fees had increased up to three fold!
