I called to try to get info about a vacation .i could not get women’s name ,but I ended up hanging up and doing online. Every time I asked a question .she asked questions to try to book a trip I did not want. I told her location we wanted and she kept asking if we wanted to upgrade to most expensive room and flights and wanted to sell us everything and when I explained that we didn’t want the best suite in hotel .she said sarcastically . ” well ok then ,are you sure ?”
If it wasn’t for experience I had with last vasation I would have went to Expedia .

I was not asked to select a seat assignment. I need to sit next to my daughter, who is nine. Usually, I am asked to select a seat before making the final purchase.
I know your moneymaker is hotel referrals, but it gets annoying having to constantly say “no” to hotel and car rental add-ons.

It was easy to find the rental vehicles we specified, but what keeps me from giving a five is that I wanted to pay in full, not just the deposit, and I did not see that option. Also, although the car presented on the initial page was a 4-Dr, the. Bookingsaid it could be. A 2 or 4 door. Otherwise, all well.
