Nikko is beautiful, clean, quiet, and everyone there does everything they can do to make you happy. It is the best.
I can't complain. All I wanted was a good night's sleep and I got that. But the place was very small and cramped. Otherwise fine.
The hotel was gorgeous, and everyone was friendly! What made our stay great was the concierge employees! They were the reason everything we did in SF went smooth and fun! Genuinely awesome service.
Walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, and sightseeing areas.
would Have been higher rating but for the noise from hallway & alarm next door.
this property is in an excellent location on union square. It is close to good restaurants the cable cars and fine shopping.
Checked in early. Stephanie helped us solve all our issues with luggage and rooms. Great location and very nice hotel!
The room was small but comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the water fill station and the hall closet with spare pillow, blanket, etc.
Beautiful design. Wonderful lobby space surrounded by a garden.
I had a brief stay but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the personalized text message after check-in asking if i needed anything. My room was clean. Only not so great thing was my room faced new construction across the street so it was loud banging and building very early in the AM. ...
It is nice and safe San Fran can be unsafe but I feel good staying here
the Hotel went out of there way to make sure we had a GREAT time. Will be going back!!!
The only problem with this hotel is the state of the elevators. They are incredibly slow. Only one seemed to be working.
Staff always friendly. In the room there might be more coffee pods and milk for the kurig. Water glasses also.we only received a newspaper one day
Newly remodelled. Excellent customer service . Will definitely recommend
Enjoyed the close proximity to many sights. The staff’s politeness and service were top notch.
From the moment I arrived to checkin, Stanton went above and beyond. I’ve stayed nearly 600 nights at Marriott hotels and this was one of the top experiences. Nice hotel, great location. Would definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff and clean room. Nice gym and pool. Easy check in and out
The protected garage. we saw two separate cars on separate days that were broken into on the street. We could walk to lots and the cable car station was just across the street from our location.
The interior was a bit outdated. Carpets were stained in several areas on my floor. Room was comfortable & my time there was relatively quite.
No big deal but ok to stay close to beach and pier 39
Nice view of the bay. Convienient for air travel. Friendly staff.
The pull out sofa bed needed a new mattress. Other than that everything was great.
The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Always wanting to make sure your needs were satisfied.
It was great! Had a great time. Would book again most definitely because its far enough from the crazy but still close enough to get ti san fran.
It was very nice and well organize. It felt like home away from home.
It is a fine hotel, but it does not compare to other Fairmonts I have stayed with. Definitely not worth the 5 star price. You have to request the upgrades that happen naturally at other hotels of this grade.
This was the worst Kimpton hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were old, dirty and not comfortable. Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room.
Friendly, helpful staff. Busy property, but no lines. Breakfast buffet was great! Good pricing for parking. Okay location.
Came to San Francisco to see a baseball game. The hotel was reasonably priced. However, I thought the parking fee and tax were exceptionally high ($66 per night plus tax).
