The term “flyover” is an insult when it comes to Chicago. The Midwest’s most populated city reads like a love letter to many things—architecture, food, theater and sports to name a few—but don’t expect to do it all in one visit. Start with Millennium Park, a Cubs game and a slice of deep dish pizza and return again and again to explore its fascinating neighborhoods and hang out by the Lake.
Great location to loop, parks, restaurants, and shopping. Had a wonderful time walking and checking out the architecture.
Beautiful architecture, friendly staff, convenient location. Bed was not comfortable and the pool is under renovation so not many amenities available
I have stayed at the Fairmont Millenium Park Chicago at least a dozen times. The room I received was in need of a renovation. Carpet was tattered as well as the bed frame. The mattress was lumpy. The room needed a fresh coat of paint. I never had an experience like this on my previous visits. Too ...
Away from downtown and east check in. I also like the fact that the parking fee isn't outrageous.
If you're looking for an unusual hotel with outstanding service- this is your place. Old world charm with modern convenience...
You might expect a 5-star review to focus on the amazing rooms, the first-class service, and wonderful amenities. That is a baseline for luxurious hotels so no stars for that. The 5 stars are for the Front Desk staff who didn't just check us in, but cared who we are and why we were in Chicago; the ...
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was luxurious. No need to stay anywhere else. Truly a 5 star hotel!
The hotel was nicely maintained and, the staff was friendly. The close proximity to the Medieval Times dinner theater was a nice bonus.
The service was excellent. They gave us an early check in. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. The coffee and snack area on tge 2nd floor was great. There was a yogaa mat in the closet and several good, short videos on the TV and the location was excellent. As i read in other reviews the ...
The rooms are very nice and the desk staff is courteous and attentive. The corridor to my room smelled a little of weed, which is the first time I have ever noticed this in a CQ!
Friendship of staff. Clean all around, beautiful hotel
Location is great. Noise from ambulances is not acceptable. Pool was really disappointing. It’s was the smallest pool I have ever seen at a hotel and the floor was so slippery I thought my kids were going to fall and get hurt. Everything else was good.
Beautiful hotel, small, bar in the lobby, modern. Staff was nice and helpful! Room was BEAUTIFUL. Walking distance from the mag mile and millennium park! Would stay here again!
It was our anniversary and they brought up to our room a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! Such a nice surprise!
First time in Chicago and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel! Centrally located, courteous staff, clean, modern & fun! I highly highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
A great place to stay when visiting the Colleges. The hotel is within walking distance to Wrigley Field, and the Lincoln Park Zoo is across the street. We had a wonderful stay. The rooftop bar is an excellent place to start your evening!!
Very close to Soldier Field. Staff was excellent. Hotel parking
Great location for what I had planned. I enjoyed my stay & will return when possible.
I come here every time I visit Chicago. The location is amazing. Everything is near it from restaurants to shopping. The hotel front desk is very quick and efficient. The bellhop boys were so sweet to my son and I. My room was a queen bed but it was perfect for mother and son getaway for Mother’s ...
The breakfast was great in that you could have fresh custom made omelettes. We found it a unique idea to have an afternoon reception of snacks and drinks. It was a nice way to meet other guests of the hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drake. When the staff found out it was my daughters birthday they sent up a cake to our room. This completely made her day Thank you
The building was outdated, it had a older furniture and had a little smell to it also.
