After you\u2019re done with all this history, you can unwind at the nearby Quincy Market, a complex adjacent to Faneuil Hall known for its thriving restaurant and boutique scene!<\/p>\n

Founded by 3 college students frustrated by the lack of American craft beer options comparable to what they found studying abroad in Munich, the Harpoon Brewery is often cited among the early standard-bearers (Harpoon was founded in 1986) of America\u2019s craft beer renaissance.<\/p>\n

The tour features stops throughout the entire brewery with helpful guides explaining everything from Harpoon\u2019s history to its present-day manufacturing and distribution.<\/p>\n

And, last but not least, the tour offers a special tap room stop where you can sample dozens of Harpoon beers, many of which are not widely available on the market!<\/p>\n
