Spacious Family Friendly Mainstreet Townhome - Downtown Telluride

Experience luxury mountain living in our spacious condo, complete with a gas fireplace and featuring a fully equipped kitchen. 2 charming bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, with special amenities for families with babies. Nestled on the tranquil end of Main Street, yet close to shops, dining, and nightlife. Adjacent to Telluride Town Park for year-round outdoor enjoyment. Convenient access to the ski lift via walking or free town bus. Retreat to comfort after a day on the slopes. 00071

Our 1,200 sqft 2 bedroom condo is located on the east end of Mainstreet just steps away from Town Park making it the ideal place to stay for festival goers and guests wanting to be near all the action. Although located on Mainstreet, our unit is in a very quiet area so you will be able to come home and relax after a long day of exploring. We have stocked up our unit with lots of baby items so families can travel with ease. Shops and restaurants are just a minute walk from our unit. Guest can also take advantage of the free town loop bus that stops outside of our unit.

Skiing:
- For skiers: getting to the chair lift requires 0 walking! Hop on the free town bus that comes by the front door on Mainstreet every 15 minutes and it will drop you off at the bottom of Chair 7, the Gondola or Chair 8! We are also a short walk (just a couple blocks) from chair 8.

Baby Equipment:
Our condo is loaded with free baby equipment available all year round inside the unit! We just ask guests to clean and sanitize before putting away and to please bring your own sheets for the crib.

Parking:
Parking here is a breeze! We have 2 free parking spaces designated to the condo in the back and we can also register a 3rd vehicle for the G zone for $25/stay.

Check-in/Check-out Process:
During our busy season we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs on same day turns. Additionally, early check-ins and late check-outs are never guaranteed. If the unit is ready earlier than check-in time, we will let you know. We also do not have a designated space for guests to drop luggage off early. If you plan on riding the shuttle please ensure to take your items with you and honor our checkin/checkout times.

Rules

$50/ hour fee for checking in early or late without consent from owner. Charges are not pro-rated, there is a 15 minute grace period for first hour.
If you arrive via shuttle, please plan arrival/departure according to our check-in and check-out times. We do not have designated luggage storage.
30+ day stays follow this cancellation policy: 50% back of nightly rate up to 45 days away from check-in, after that no refunds.
