Disappointing trip
Over the Christmas period we (family of four) experienced a very disappointing trip with K Suites. There was a lack of communication from the very beginning,making it so that we struggled to find the parking located behind the property which is accessed via a narrow alleyway. Once inside the property we were then faced with the second challenged, which was accessing the apartment. Unfortunately the incorrect PIN code was provided which meant we were made to wait over an hour while trying to get through to the out of hours team who are located overseas. We finally managed to get into the apartment only to be met with filthy surroundings. Despite the accommodation being fairly new and modern, it had clearly not been looked after. For example, all white towels had brown marks stained across them, the beds had human hairs and dust balls across the sheets. Squashed insects were left stuck to the wall and backsplash. The utensils were thick with grease, rust and left overs. The walls had unknown marks smeared across them. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. To be met with the above after a long journey was very disappointing. Despite numerous emails, phone calls and text messages, we still haven’t heard back from the property manager. I urge you to keep this in mind when booking and would not recommend it for families or couples.
