Book Cheap Hotels in Ticonderoga Station, NY

"I was greeted at the front door by the owner with my room key and an offer to carry my bag upstairs. The Inn is so charming and has so much of its original features intact. My room was very large and decorated with a combination of antiques and country themed modern pieces. The bathroom had the original floor with new fixtures. There wasn't a TV, microwave or mini fridge in the room but that was disclosed prior to booking. There was a air conditioner and a ceiling fan. There is a rather steep staircase leading upstairs to the 2nd floor where the rooms are. Those with limited mobility might find it challenging, but I managed it without issue. Breakfast offers include many choices. I had pancakes and sausage. Those were the best pancakes I've had in years! The staff are very solicitous and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I hope to return and spend more time in Shoreham. "

"Wonderful stay at Carolyn’s Cottage. House was spotless on arrival and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, nice towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. The deck off the family room has nice furniture for outdoor dining and a great grill. The star of the show was the beautiful yard and lakefront. Great views and sunrises. The Adirondack chairs and fire pit were lovely for morning coffee and evening wine. Also super convenient to town if you find you need to shop or go out to eat. Thanks Erin for the wonderful hospitality!"
