From your terrace you have a view on the renovated mill and the dune landscape. Inside, you enjoy all the comforts you wish for in a holiday home and on a cold day or after a long walk, curl up next to the the fireplace.

On the ground floor you find the living room with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace, a TV, the dining table, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Through the patio doors you step out onto the terrace and into the garden. On the first floor are 3 nice bright bedrooms situated, each with a comfortable double bed and there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower, sink and even a sauna!

The holiday home is situated only 2 km from the beach and the sea, so you can easily cycle there. The area is perfect for all types of visits, the pleasant village of Egmond aan Zee is one and a half kilometers away, but also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are definitely worth a visit. Schön und ruhig gelegener Park in direkter NĂ€he zu tollen Tulpenfeldern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der TĂŒr. Strand und Fahrradrouten schnell erreichbar.

Urlaub im Luxusferienhaus Egmond
Egmond und Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Allerdings kann bei der Unterkunft nicht von einem Luxushaus gesprochen werden.
Das Haus hĂ€tte sowohl innen als auch auĂen eine Grundreinigung vertragen können.
Die Terrasse war mit Unkraut ĂŒbersĂ€t, im Haus befanden sich ĂŒberall Spinnweben mit den entsprechenden Bewohnern. Die Endreinigung betrĂ€gt 140,00 Euro und konnte nicht nachvollzogen werden.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit HandtĂŒcher zu trocknen, da Haken fehlten. Ein Spiegel in einem Bad ist fĂŒr 4 Personen sehr dĂŒrftig. In der kleinen Toilette konnte kein Handtuch angebracht werden.
Die Treppe in das obere Stockwerk kann nicht von Ă€lteren oder gehbehinderten Personen genutzt werden, da sie sehr schmal und steil ist. Auch fĂŒr Kleinkinder ist das Haus ungeeignet.
Wir haben die MĂ€ngel angezeigt und erhielten zwar sofort UnterstĂŒtzung. Doch konnten viele MĂ€ngel nicht behoben werden.
Das Preis- LeistungsverhÀltnis passt nicht!

Schönes Reiseziel in zentraler Lage
Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer NÀhe von Egmont an Zee, ein kleines Seebad mit schönem Strand. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind Ausflugsziele wie Bergen (6 km), Alkmaar (10 km) und Amsterdam (50 km) mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen, es ist modern eingerichtet und hat einen gehobenen Komfort.

Gutes Haus mit kleinen MĂ€ngeln
Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Allerdings fehlten ein paar Dinge, z.B. ein Handtuchhalter und ein Spiegel im GĂ€stebad. Die Gardinen in den Schlafzimmern sind defekt, im Wohnzimmer schlieĂen sie ebenfalls nicht richtig. DrauĂen fehlte das Outdoor-Sofa und ein RĂŒckenkissen. Die Betten waren auf links gezogen. Fliegengitter, wg. der vielen MĂŒcken wĂ€ren schön gewesen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus hĂ€tte besser sein können. Es war nicht dreckig, aber in den Ecken waren Sand und Staubdreckreste zu finden. Beide Sonnenschirmsockel mĂŒssen getauscht werden. Einer war nicht zu benutzen, weil das Rohr zu saĂ und eine Arretierungsschraube fehlte und der andere Sockel so klein war, dass der Schirm stĂ€ndig umkippte.
Die Anlage mit den 20 HĂ€usern ist ansonsten sehr gepflegt und in Egmond an den Hoef gelegen, zu FuĂ ca. 20 Min. bis zum Meer.
Direkt an der Anlage befindet sich ein groĂer Albert Hein Supermarkt mit BĂ€cker.
FĂŒr jedes Haus stehen zwei ParkplĂ€tze zur VerfĂŒgungung.
