"Received an email before our check in. No pool. No business center. No early check in. No late check out. No valet parking. All these rules. Was given a room on third floor with crappy view of the track. But the worst was the outlet in the bathroom was burnt and not working. Think about all the things you need to use electric for.. and sitting in a towel waiting for maintenance was not going to happen. Hair dryer attached to wall so couldn’t use it at another outlet. No other mirrors. Picture missing from our room wall noted when looking for other options to get ready. Reported it to front desk, do you think they actually care? Nope! Refused then to step into casino or restaurants and give them any business. Don’t recommend paying hundreds of dollars for a pretty useless room."
