View was beautiful. Service was excellent! Francisco is a gem! Yonathan was also excellent as well as Angel, Carmelo, Geraldo and Jesus! They all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Weekends are a nightmare! Too many children running all over was the biggest downfall as well as all the weekend noise til 4am!!! Building is old and needs a lot of repairs. No hairdryer, iron or bottled water also negative.

Must was ok receptionist was terrible

When I arrived at the hotel people from reception wasn’t pleasant at all. My reservation wasn’t available and they couldn’t explain why which I had to call Travelocity to find out what happend and they resolve the problem not the hotel people which they didn’t apologize at all. Next day of my stay we went to the reception to ask for a change of room for my parents in law and they reaction was nasty. They gave me a no for a answer like a was a crime of me asking for that favor my parents in law are 97 years old and we wanted to have them close to my room. The people from the restaurant was very nice but the people from the bar wasn’t and the drinks are not good at all.
