Really the best service we ever had. Feeling served as a family . I should congratulate to the mangers for choosing the perfect staff. Unfortunately just I know a few names, that I want say thank you ,the receptionist Christabel, Pushpa, Melody Restaurant, Etionne , Mead Nicky, Manuel, Jesmono and the gentleman for service room that unfortunately I don’t know his name

A comfortable stay…
Walking in to the hotel we were welcomed warmly by staff. Each one of them were polite and helpful. No shortage of staff and all queries were dealt with quickly. Didn’t really have to wait for checking-in either. There are four lifts that take you to the rooms. So again waiting time is minimal. The carpets in the corridor and rooms are a bit dated, and so is the furniture (the lobby looks fresh and modern). However, they are kept well. The heating and air con were effective and had no issues. The shower cubicle could be cleaned better though. We also had a bath tub. So there was a choice. We paid extra for the suite and the balcony was massive. Worth spending a bit extra for sea facing views. Breakfast was a good spread. All staff were polite, attentive and smiling. We ordered food (room service) once but it didn’t taste all that good. However, the restaurant food was good. We also got 4 bottles of mineral water that were replenished each day. This was a nice touch. The hotel is at the end of the road. We weren’t disturbed by any outside sounds. The rooms were well soundproofed. Walking into the centre of St Juliens was a short 10-15 minute walk. The centre was bustling with clubs and restaurants. There are some shops around as well. The hop on hop off bus was a short walk away. Buses to Valletta are plenty which can be taken from the centre. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend the hotel.

Lovely and quiet junior suite overlooking the sea, but just 10 minutes stroll in to the hustle and bustle of St George’s Bay. Friendly and helpful staff. Pools were thoroughly enjoyed by our lad!

Good service etc., which is what I would expect from a Radisson Blu resort hotel. However, the management let themselves badly and put non-residents before residents one night, by hiring out the dinning area overlooking the pool and sea for a mega corporate dinner event with music which didn't start until 9:00. Residents had been bared from the area from around 4:30pm. This event should have been held in the hotel's large ballroom. Many residents' complained but I suspect that won't stop the hotel management allowing similar bookings at another time. It was a really poor decision by the hotel Management.
