We cancelled our reservations on August 10. I contacted Travelodge motel and they cancelled. I was unable to get Travelocity on the phone, so I contacted Chase and they are giving my money back. Please be prepared to discuss this, if necessary. Thanks Ray

The lobby had water buckets under a falling ceiling. The rooms had not been cleaned and were filthy. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. We did not stay here and are attempting to get our money back. The only positive thing I can say is the girl at the front desk was so nice and tried to help but things were out of her control.

i thought it was worst then a Halloween haunted house dirt rugs / broken bed / smell is so bad that you would need a gas mask to stay there
