Given a room 2nd floor no elevator so lug your luggage up the steps through 4 doors. Open the room door a roach greeted us. I go to turn on the bathroom light and the switch is broken. Husband sat on the bed and nearly went to the floor mattress was awful. We tried to decided to leave he we went into the shower to see how well it might work omg it wouldn’t even pull up from the tub looked up the shower wasn’t connected and the ceiling was covered in mold. Yep we gathered our bags and went down to check out and all they kept saying it was just recently remodeled. I work construction and if that is recently remodeled I would hate to see it before. Thank goodness I used Hotel.com party and was refunded. SHOULD NOT BE ON HOTEL .COM list.
