The only thing wrong with my stay was the roosters crowing outside incessantly starting at 3:00am. That was pretty much when my sleeping was done. My only other issue is not with Best Western, but with Travelocity. There was a $100 deposit for the room due at the time I checked in. I don't feel that Travelocity displayed this information prominently enough on their website. The info was contained in the footer of the confirmation email I got AFTER booking, but I didn't see any info about the deposit at the time that I booked. I feel that if the guest is going to be expected to have $100 more available than the stated price of the room, then that information should be displayed so prominently that it would be absolutely impossible for anyone to miss. It should have been MUCH closer in proximity to the room's price, instead of on a separate page or a the footer of an email. I don't think I'll use Travelocity again because of this. I'll book directly next time.

Dear Matthew, I am writing to you directly in order to clarify a few things with you. First, I do apologize about the roosters. We are coordinating with the city to mitigate their presence. Unfortunately, it is a process.As far as the deposit is concerned, 3rd party agencies never cover deposits. Doing so would make them liable for any damages a guest may leave. Most hotels do require a deposit upon check-in. It is pretty much an industry standard. Amounts may vary, but it is covered by the guest at check-in. I cannot testify as to how these other agencies provide you information concerning individual properties, but we always try to disclose all information if you call us directly to book your room. We hope to see you again soon. I hope this information helps you in the future.

Booked a two double bed room well in advance of the event we were attending. When we arrived it was a room for a disabled person. I understand there needs to be rooms like these available, for those who need ADA facilities, however it did not work for us. The closet was set up with a low bar so when you hung your clothes the bottoms would drag on the floor. That bathroom was also not standard. Additionally, there was no one at the counter during check out time so we had to use the key drop. The place overall was ok, but I was disappointed.

Check in staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was a little firm but not bad. Area seemed nice and safe.
