It was okay

Over priced for what you get. Restaurant and bar way over priced. Spa great but again over priced for what you get.

Great hotel

Pros: Staff and service were fantastic!!

Superb Accommodations and Exceptional Service

Pros: Beautifully furnished, spacious rooms and exceptional service.
Cons: I can't think of anything I would change at this point.
First time to Sedona and stayed at the L'Auberge. This was one of the nicest hotels In which I've ever stayed. Our room in the Lodge was not only comfortably furnished, but was also spotless as well. However, what made this stay truly exceptional was the wonderful staff. Everyone from the front desk manager down to the young man in charge of keeping our beverages topped off at the restaurant had a pleasant demeanor and treated us as if we were the most important guests staying at the hotel. The room was more expensive than several other properties in the same class, but I would not hesitate to make the same decision again and again. L'Auberge de Sedona staff: you've absolutely won my business. Looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing place to stay.

Pros: The location by the creek was perfect!!!!!
Cons: Softer mattress
I will go back and stay here!!! The front office staff was top notch. From the moment we arrived, Nathan made us feel at home. He explained everything to us so we knew what to expect and where to find everything. Our bellman, Andrew was quite helpful. The complimentary shuttle made for a relaxing evening out. Thank you all for the great service!!

Weekend get away

Pros: I like that the hotel was away from town and very peaceful and quiet. But still close to town.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Location: The town is minutes away. Plenty of jeep tours. Shopping and places to eat.
It was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so kind and helpful. We decided to take a last minute trip for our 15th wedding anniversary. We had our own little cottage with a balcony with a great view of the red rocks. It was huge! The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and an outdoor cedar shower. I enjoyed it very much. When we arrived they took our luggage to our room and parked our truck for us. We a jeep tour planned so they gave us a ride up to town and picked us up later when we were ready. When we returned we received a complementary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. That was very unexpected. We enjoyed them. We ate dinner by the creek! It was a little pricey but so worth it the food was delicious! We will definitely stay there again!

Great get away spot!

Short 2 day get away for my husband and me. Hotel landscape, buildings, and paths were tranquil and welcoming. Set just below the heart of town of Sedona so perfect location. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast by the creek was fantastic and  dessert by the fire pits were out of this world.
