We had booked a room at this motel in September. I informed them ahead of time that I was disabled and needed a first floor room. When we arrived. They had us on the second floor. When I told them I was disabled, they charged me an additional fee for the downstairs room. Unbelievable! The room had no air conditioning, no microwave, and the bed sagged in the middle, causing us a great deal of discomfort and painful backs the next day! I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Total bad experience.

Looking at your reservation, there is no notice from Expedia that you had a first floor request, and I will be sure to follow up with my reservations team to figure out where this request was lost to avoid an issue like this reoccurring. Nevertheless, we have refunded you the difference for the first floor room already, and you should see that reflect on your statement already. If you would like to discuss this any further, please do not hesitate to call the hotel directly and ask for me. Thank you again for the opportunity to make this situation right.

We would have loved to stay here but the roads from Las Vegas were flooded and there was a fatal auto accident on RT 95 and the road was closed for approx 20 hours and we never made it to Mammoth lakes and never got to check in the property.

I love that this is out of the hustle and bustle of the town. It is very quiet and beautiful. We were there in the fall and it was wonderful. Their prices are really reasonable considering it is a resort. We enjoyed our 1 bedroom 2 bath condo. Would stay again.

Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.
