Pros: Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Cons: Customer service response to complaints
My room was clean and neat. Always had hot water. However, my TV was not working when I arrived for a three night stay. After requesting a fix for two days, it was addressed by the night clerk who dispatched another employee up to my room and he was able to get it going after changing out the cable box and remote. While I was not impressed with the slow service from the previous days, It was obvious that I just did not speak to the right person because the Thursday night clerk and the bar attendant were the right people. They insisted on addressing the issue and I was able to enjoy television on my last night. Overall decent hotel.

Lacrosse tournament

From the time we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the lounge area and the food and drink options in the lobby. Really appreciated being able to delay check out by an hour. Only one area of improvement- more than one washer or dryer!

Nice hotel in good location

I a wedding to get ready for, check in time isn't until 3pm. I called the night before and asked if I could check in early, they said come as early as I wanted to they had a room ready. No extra charge. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hot tub was cold (little disappointing) and the bistro's credit card machines were down slight bummer. (A little over priced). Over all great experience. Perfext location. Right by all restaurants and close to the highway.

noise level

This is a nice Hotel my only complaint is the noise level from the room above mine. Apparently there's no insulation in the ceiling or the floor. People above me had kids and you could hear them jumping up and down, dropping luggage ect...
