Very quiet, hardly any guests when we stayed there. Pool and workout room is open 24 hours - that's different. Above average hotel breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, waffle machine, cereal, bread/bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, etc. Very polite woman running the breakfast. Also the front desk staff when we checked out was very friendly. The guy who checked us in at like 9 pm wasn't so great. The door was locked, and we stood outside for several minutes waiting to get in. He was on the phone. He saw us after a couple minutes and held up a finger to wait, and after a few more minutes let us in and said nothing about it. Very abrupt and maybe not very happy to be there. Not terrible, but not great either.

We do our best to ensure guests have a positive experience and i apologize the night person didn't provide you with the best service. Our doors lock at 9pm each night and we have an intercom system or you can call us directly to be let in. We loved the continental breakfast! Kelly the Breakfast ambassador was attentive and efficient! We would definitely recommend this best western!

The room smelled a little musty but not too bad and it was very clean. But, we were woken up during the night by a small dog barking across the hall from us. They should have a section of the motel for travelers with pets. Also we enjoyed the pool and spa but they need to put new jets in the spa as they are very strong and it's hard to sit in it as the water splashes above your head. We would definitely stay there again. Staff was extremely friendly.

Very peaceful and quiet time spent. Like breakfast each morning. Complementary water bottle and 24 hours open pool, spa and beverage counter were nice perks. Will be back😀👍

Pillow top beds, spacious room, wide variety of fresh foods continental breakfast. Quality toiletries made with Argon oils. Professionally staffed. Beverages and snacks offered into the night.

Great coffee. Needed it because we got no sleep. Staff did nothing about noise levels in room next door until we got mad and left.

Ants as roommates

The beds were ok. The breakfast fare was ok. Unfortunately, we had ants in our room that got in our food as soon as we set it down on the counter above the refrigerator. We couldn't put anything in the refrigerator because the freezer wasn't working and water was dripping on anything in the refrigerator. We threw out the food and I went to the front desk to let her know we had ants and she asked if we wanted something....like "rat traps." She probably meant "ant traps" but that wasn't what she said.. It was fairly late at that point and my husband was already in bed. We had removed all the food from the room (including dog food, which we put in the car) and had done what we could with the visible ants. At that point, we didn't want the disruption of switching rooms. They refunded our pet fee, but couldn't refund anything else since we had booked through an outside service.
