We wanted to stay an extra day so we booked this place. It is actually huge. The inside looked like a Mexican Villa with a huge pool. We loved the way it looked. Now for the bad, the fridge was not working, the TV was not a big flat screen, the beds were not that comfortable. But overall it was not too bad and it was very affordable. Do not count on the wifi to work. Pool closes at 10 pm.

We had a great stay. We stayed in the new part.. Did not like the step entering the bathroom and neither did my toes!

Angus was very nice to us through out our stay. The room was ok. It didnt have a mini fridge or kitchenette as other did.

Not what I expected!

Pros: The pool area was nice and the location was within walking distance of everything.
Cons: The beds were hard and the pillows were also small and hard. They should also offer a/c in all rooms and should provide clean towels daily.
Location: Not the best neighborhood, but close to shopping and restaurants. The shuttle could not find the hotel so it took an extra half hour to get there.
I expected a 3 1/2 star hotel as was advertised and would consider this hotel to be a 2 star mostly due to the poor quality of the beds, pillows, no a/c and poor customer service. The hotel also charges a dollar for each towel after they have been changed once per stay. Who does this? The basic economy room does not have a/c which is crazy in Mexico! We were very disappointed so asked to upgrade and that process took forever. We did end up with a standard room which was better but still a 2 1/2 star room max with a/c and a fridge. After paying the difference they tried to take away the safe which had also been included in the first room. After arguing they did include it, but by time we finished checking in and swapping rooms we were both frustrated and disappointed.
