Honestly, our expectations were pretty high based on the pictures and reviews we saw. But when we got to our apartment, the pillows were a mess – seriously stained and just filthy. Despite having daily cleaning services, they never bothered to replace them, even after we asked. And it wasn't just the pillows; the towels at the swimming pool were dirty too. As for entertainment around the hotel, it was a bit of a joke. We wanted to play pool, but the staff couldn't find the billiard balls. They came up with some ridiculous excuse, saying they needed to get an engineer to locate them. I mean, what kind of engineer is needed to find pool balls? Additionally, when we arrived at the hotel, which was earlier than our check-in time, one of the staff told us we could use the amenities and even grab breakfast while waiting for our room. This confused us since our hotel package included breakfasts. She initially said our breakfast was covered, but then they charged us for the first day's breakfast, saying it actually wasn't included. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

1. The room was not as advertised— I booked a room with 2 queens beds and received a room with two full beds. 2. After fully pre-paying for my four-night stay ($3,582) I was shocked to see that my card was charged an additional $1,000 for incidentals for the entire stay on the first night! I’ve never had a hotel charge this rate for my entire stay on the first night and I’m extremely concerned that I was charged this rate unfairly.

Very clean, chic, with amazing staff with great customer service! The gentleman (darn, I can’t recall his name but he had great energy as a manager possibly) that checked us in was extremely informative and personable. Very happy with my experience! I will book again if ever needed. Thank you!
