When ever I book a room on Travelocity I always use the Pet Friendly selection for hotels that allow pets! I did it for this property as well! It came up as pet friendly!! Well until we checked in and noticed the signs that says no pets allowed!!! When I inquired about the reservation the hotel front desk Al said they only allow Service Animals! They’d why is your hotel listed as pet friendly? They had no response!! So we had to check out and find another hotel!!

We apologize for an inconvenience but we have contacted Travelocity to remove us from pet friendly hotel as on our page, there is a fine print on our amenities that we do not allow pets.

I was not pleased at all with your ADA shower. My sister (guest) fell in the shower because the chair slipped and she ended up on her back. She has had 2 major back surgeries and is now hurting from the fall. Thankfully your night staff on Wednesday night was able to help me get her up. This problem needs to be addressed.

In town for a medical test the next day, I wasn't looking for much. A bathroom (considering the test I was having) and a bed were sufficient. The former worked fine and the bed worked ok, what little my body allowed me to sleep. I especially liked the shower. The head was better than many I've seen at hotels, putting out an evenly distributed and sufficiently forceful spray. The cleanliness of the location was fine, though my wife said the carpet in the room felt "sticky." It would have been nice if check in hadn't taken so long. I wasn't feeling well and a computer error by the desk clerk kept me standing there about fifteen minutes. The room was reserved and paid for in advance, so that shouldn't have happened.
