I love the cleanliness and layout of this hotel. I work in the area so occasionally need to stay here. there is an attached restaurant and Starbucks coffee bar but it is all shut down due to the ridiculous covid restrictions but the pool is open. the only problem with the pool is that it closes at 8pm and I usually don't get back from work until that time. the little convenience store behind the guest relations was also limited in use due to restrictions. my last few stays here have been quiet and easy but this last visit was over valentines day weekend and there were families and groups of kids with parents all over the place. the hotel only has one person at the front desk at a time so just getting some plasticware for my dinner took a few minutes of guests being helped before me. the rooms are all large and clean and comfortable. the ease of getting to the hotel, getting checked in, the cleanliness and comfort of the place will have me come back when I can. the Kona restaurant out front has a great vibe and the food is awesome. I hope I can experience the outside pool here sometime when it is warm and doesn't have 21 inches of snow on it.

Staff was super friendly. But cleanliness was horrible. Pubic hair everywhere in bathroom. Disgusting. Especially during Covid 19.

The property is gorgeous and it is just what we needed forv1 night in the area. The common areas are clean. The pool was small but clean and conveniently located inside. The fitness room was well equipped. The rooms were very clean and included a fridge but sadly there are no microwaves in the rooms. There is a microwave in the common area though.
