Breakfast consisted of packaged oatmeal and yogurt and chopped fruit. Manager had the personality of a door knob. Coffee maker in room didn't have a basket so we couldn't make coffee. Heat had been turned off in the room. Small portable heater was given. Place needs updating.

This hotel has cockroaches. Totally freaked me out. I hate bugs and understand that hotels get them, but they should have a better maintenance program in place. Would not stay there again.

Booked for 2 nights. First night fire alarms went off at 5:15am. No fire, no water. Checked out and asked for refund for night 2. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Not even sure yet if I was billed correctly. I didn’t ask but they should have refunded night one since we could not shave or showers and was woke up early.
