My room smelled like cigarette smoke. Room contract stated 5 minutes after checking in, you are obligated to pay for the room.

This motel has limited parking, on-going construction, computer problems and poor room amenities. Checking in took 30 minutes due to computer issues. The management required a $100 security deposit, which the sign said was forfeited if you failed to stop by the desk to check out.The TV barely worked. A security guard was stationed in the lobby- I guess because there were random people roaming the parking lot and bar/restaurant. Tried to get a cup of coffee prior to leaving but there were no coffee cups. All in all, the poorest Quality Inn I have visited.

Worked for Us

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Parking.
Location: It was about 25 minute drive to Baltimore Inner Harbor.
The hotel was located where we needed to be that weekend, between other areas we were visiting. The room was recently renovated, and clean. It was surprisingly crowded that night, and find a parking space was difficult. It was noisy with the people in and out that night. We kept hearing a very low sound all night, like a TV on very low, couldn't exactly tell what it was, we turned fan on so we couldn't hear it. The hot breakfast included with the night stay was very good, and kept supplied and clean. The staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The price we received was very low, considering the proximity to Baltimore.

Old room

Furnishings were old and worn. Bathroom about the size of my car.Mattress was hard, woke with hurting back. Did not have a hospitality shop for things you forgot to pack.Did have microwave and fridge. A party went on till after 2am. Neighbors were making rooster and wolf sounds.This was room 162.

Quick overnight to visit a friend.

Typical motel with no frills. Clean room. Quiet area. No restaurants or food but provided with delivery menus. There is places to eat within driving distance. Nothing classy but a very nice motel.

Great stay for a good price!

Cons: The tub/towel could use mats because it's slippery in the shower.
This was my second time staying at this Quality Inn. It seem like the rooms have been upgraded since my last visit about 3 years ago. The stay was good.But besides that the stay was great. Besides where comfortable, wifi was great.

every thing bout this hotel is amazing they got the best customerservice ever the workers treat u so much kindess and respect they check u in quickly with no delay are issues they allways helpful and knowledable about your concerns thd housekeepers are awesome ruchi is so sweet and helpful the rooms afe sdo neat clean spacious i keep extending my stay they got the most awesome breakfast hot freSh and edible.no problems the fitness center great. quiet area alot of sdhopping center malls and convenient stores this hotel is a must.fridge microwave very convenient 10 across the board great place

Service/stay.

Pros: nice clean great friendly workers

Location: plaza shopping malls. highway get u anywhere
great hotel nice customer service shawnte allways friendly and helpful at the front dest along with the other guest services they really make u feel welcome and comfortable. the lobby is nice and clean the breakfast is hot and good evert morning the rooms are very spacuous and cozy fridge microwave.alot of area attractions a mall is across street lot of restaurant s hotel very peaceful everything work great wifi t.v even nice fitness center.
