The property was clean and I felt safe. I took my granddaughter to a Laker's game and the hotel was conveniently located. We felt safe walking from the hotel to the Arena.

All staff including valet, desk clerks, housekeepers, were all so nice, courteous, and friendly. It was so nice. You just don't experience this much any more in our day. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to others.

I called and was told that I could check in early. But when I arrived at the hotel at 11:30am I was told there were no rooms available. I was also told that the hotel would call me as soon as a room was available. But I never received that call. So I had to wait around till 3:00 pm, regular check in time. I should have not been told that I could check in early.
