When I pulled back my sheets- there pieces of hair. I called the front desk and was given the option of changing rooms or getting new linen. I chose clean linen because I had already unpacked our things. The couch in the room had pieces of hair on it as well and there was a belt stuck inside the couch.

Wonderful hotel, great for kids and family stays

Pros: I most liked having a full kitchen and a large shower.
This hotel exceeded all expectations. The lobby is very inviting - my brothers sat down there and read every morning. The rooms are excellent - my 4 year old son and I shared a studio room. It had everything we could possibly want - full kitchen, living area, swivel TV, great bed and walk in shower. One of the most practical and comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. Would certainly recommend for a longer stay or for anyone with kids. The pool was great too.

Cons: nothing comes to mind
Location: I was in town for a funeral, sadly, so cannot speak to local attractions
I stayed for two nights, and found the hotel excellent in every way: large, well appointed and maintained rooms with lots of conveniences (numerous outlets, many overhead and table and reading lights, refrigerator, microwave, sink), and very spacious and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast, included in the rate, was far above the standard hotel 'continental' breakfast fare, in scope and quality. The staff were highly competent and very friendly. Ample parking. Not bargain basement rates, but the hotel location is convenient and Wilmette is a very high-end area. I recommend this hotel very highly.
