I was just looking for a clean, safe room to crash for a night with my mom while visiting friends in the area. Saw the fireplace in the room pics and thought I'd treat mom to an extra nice room. LOL didn't know this was a love shack of sorts. OMG! Lucky for me she has a sense of humor and we are still sharing a good laugh about my travel prep skills. Staff was great and friendly. We were able to check in a little early which was nice because mom was tired from walking all over Woodfield mall (she's in her 70s). Nice bed and a map sheet with directions and instructions. Not much for soaps and towels but we were only staying the night. Huge walk-in shower. I did venture into the hot tub but I was too chicken to try the bidet. Small mini fridge. Breakfast is coffee and some packaged pastries and poptarts. We opted to go to the Steven's family restaurant a few miles away (it was delicious and worth the drive btw). Location is a quiet residential area, so we felt very safe at night.

Everything thing was great from front desk service to the room. It was very clean and well stock with towels and smelt fresh when walking threw the door. Will be back soon

Found hairs 8 or 10 long not ours in our huge hot that takes 3 and a half hours to fill.The only chair in the room was scared the bidet was not bolted down on either side.The Luxury stereo system is a small boom box.Do not believe their is a coffee maker in your room but if you don’t mind going outside in 10 degree weather it is available 24 hours in the Lobby.

1. It takes 12 minutes to fill out the x-large hot tub - so please! 2. There is a chair in every room. 3. We do not advertise a luxury radio. 4. Since Covid 19 started, we removed all coffee maker from every suite for safety reason. Coffee (Donkin, Starbucks and such) is available 24 hours in the front lobby. We would appreciate if you do stay with us again!

The rooms are really nice especially the shower and tub. There Wi-Fi is insanely slow I was getting like .1 mbs so I wouldn’t count on watching anything on it

I’ve been to this location several times with my boyfriend and always enjoy our stay. However this last time I was a bit disappointed. They charge you a deposit of $100 for not smoking which they check upon checkout (cool). This last time I was charged $5.00 for a stained pillow case. My hair is red and the dye bled on the pillow case. They told me they discard soiled sheets and pillow cases due to COVID. I have never been anywhere where my sheets are checked prior to check out for stains!! Outside of this no other complaints.

Hi Ramona, you were informed of our policies when you booked your stay and again, when you checked in. If you stain a sheet, it is damaged and can not be used again. Since this is your attitude, we preffer that you do not stay with again. You would have to receive an approval from our GM to stay here again. Thank you! The CL Management

This is not the first stay for me and my fiancé. It’s always clean and the staff is always nice and courteous. I like the fact that the rooms have no windows so the romantic vibe is always set. Great lighting inside lights up the room as well.
