Had to pay an extra deposit because we booked thru Travelocity, now have to wait for a refund after they inspect room. Also no continental breakfast which is why we chose this location.

Breakfast was very poor. No protein and few choices. Pool was great when you could find it open...often closed for maintenance. Rooms were old and deteriorating … you could see rust and deterioration in the rooms.

It was close to where I needed to go. Took a few minutes to figure out that I had to go around the block to get back on State Route 83

Overall it was good. TV channels were limited less than others I've stayed at, pool and checkout didnt match others either. Room Floor and some areas of walls & bathroom/ inside the entrance to room doors there was some dirty patches and splatters on both the trim and wall areas but beds and bathrooms were good and clean.

Avoid!

We had a great stay at a different Econo lodge and thought we would have a similar stay in this one and we were sadly mistaken! We ordered a room with a king size bed, and I don't know what their definition of "King size" is but it certainly wasn't a standard King. It was small and VERY uncomfoetable. Not enough pillows or towels in the room and the desk staff were hesitant to give us extra for the room. I found crumbs and hairs in the bed when I pulled the covers back. The temperature control was not only faulty but loud. And lastly, the television was old and broken! It was a box tv that made a loud noise when it was on, but pressing any button on the tv would just turn it on and off, not change the channel or volume, and it even turned on by itself once.... creepy. The room was facing the sun and the curtains were not thick enough to keep the light out. Overall we were glad we only came to that room to sleep and spent as little time in there as possible. I would recommend finding another hotel off the highway and avoiding the econo lodge at willowbrook.
