The guys working the desk were great. I’m glad we stayed here because of them. The room was also great.

Previous good visit, but this most recent visit was disappointing. Ongoing renovation-construction, even on weekend. Numerous loud guests, including some smoking marijuana in their room right across the hall. We alerted the staff, who was unsure what to do.

The electrical wires under the desk were exposed. The face plate was hanging off the wall. There was an inch worm in the bathroom. I will send pictures along with a letter to corporate.

We walked into our room and it wasn’t cleaned from previous occupants . Beds not done. Bathroom dirty with trash and dirty towels on floor. Chairs and tables around pool broken. The new room they gave us did not have microwave or fridge .
