Patrick, Im sorry this was your experience at our property. My apologies that I was not here to take care of the issue. We have been having some issues with Expedia and its affiliates with receiving a few reservations. unfortunately this was one of them. As for the room you booked, It was in fact dirty and not occupied. Where that room is located there are 2 other rooms that are attached to it so its possible that you saw people in those rooms. I was not made aware of your situation or the fact that you were unsatisfied with your stay, even though I was in the office when you checked out. But, I would love for you to give me a call here at the resort so we can further discuss this in private and allow me the chance to rectify the situation.
