Cons: Rooms need to be more sound proof. Heard every word in next room to us. Needs a little remodeling, heard people on second floor walking above us.
Location: Location was good, easy to get to Sedona and Flagstaff.
My experience is listed in the comments below. Not the best stay, could improve but not the worst stay. Would recommend to others

Nice facility in the pines

Pros: Beds, furnishings sufficient, in the midst of the pines.
Cons: More picnic bench or outdoor seating availability would be nice - very little for the number of rooms on site.
Location: All the fun of Flagstaff is not far away. Sedona/Oak Creek not far either - easy freeway access.
The hotel was fine. Tucked into the pines. Comfortable beds. All that you'd expect in a hotel room was there and in good working order. Bathroom is small but functional. Amenities included hair dryer, coffee pot + coffee, microwave, small fridge. Large screen TV although couldn't really get it to turn on/connect to any server. WiFi listed as free - but couldn't really access it with our devices. However - it IS up in the woods - such access IS spotty. Plan on alternate electronic access or it may be a time away from electronics for you. 15-20 min OUTSIDE of Flagstaff - not bad, the price was what we needed on a busy graduation w/e in Flagstaff with not much available or horribly expensive. The price fit the facility. The owner family was very friendly.

Peaceful in January

The room was clean, and the mattress comfortable. The room had a microwave and a small fridge and a 1 cup coffee maker, and a hair dryer. However, everything was plugged into a multiple outlet extension cord. This was ok, if a little cluttered at the sink. The tub didn't have a stopper, so I couldn't take a bath. But the shower had plenty of hot water. It had a location that was ideal for us to see both Sedona and Flagstaff, as it was about halfway between both. It was peaceful and quiet after the bustle of the larger towns. There wasn't much to see or do in Munds Park in January with snow covering the park. There was a diner across the street, but it was closed Monday and Tuesday.
