The beds and pillows were skimpy and uncomfortable. There was no access to any snacks other than vending machines that spit out Diet Coke no matter what choice you made. The thermostat didn’t work and there was nobody in the office to help- the room phone wasn’t answered and when I called from my cell, I got an answering machine. We had to turn on the air conditioner to control the heat. The bathroom mat was dirty. The couch was facing a wall. Worse hotel I’ve been in years!

We are sorry that you did not have a good stay. Unfortunately we do not have any vending machines on site. I have called the vending machine company and let them know about the issue with their products. There is phone number listed on the front door if you needed assistance with your radiator heat. We will look into your concerns with the king bed and love seat.

Tried to cancel after reading such terrible reviews. Filthy!!! A couple reviews mentioned bed bugs that included pictures! Disgusting!!! Reviews stating dead flies in room, dirty bedding, peeling wallpaper. My husband called asking to cancel our reservation. Spoke to Kim. She claimed that an exterminator was called and brought in after the “bugs” complaints. She said they were doing some cleaning. No way were we going to expose ourselves to BED BUGS!!!! Again all our issues were ignored and we were told reservation would not be cancelled. We are not done pursuing being reimbursed!

You never showed up for your reservation so you never arrived at the hotel. A customer had claimed that they saw bed bugs and a pest control company was called and arrived to do an inspection of all the units. There was no activity or sightings of any bed bugs in the units. Your reservation was made as a non refundable booking which means there is no refund. Your issues were not ignored since you were told there were no bed bugs and you never showed up for your reservation. Have a great day.

I was happy with everything but the bed. It must have been 30 yeas old and not even flat. Having to wake up that sore and drive 16 hours was rough. But other then that it was very clean.

Ants, crickets, and flys in the room. Found dirty infants clothes in drawers. Broken kitchen table. Filthy bathroom. No phone in room. Wasp nest right next to my room that the managers knew of because their resolve was to put up a couple of highway traffic cones around it. Only thing positive I can say is the manager was pleasant to talk to.
