I enjoyed my stay at the doubletree Hilton. The staff were very friendly, my room was quiet and comfortable. Loved the down comforter, four plus pillows and two T.v’s. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was large with plenty of added amenities

First when I arrived I was given the wrong room. A single king bed. I had 5 people and requested a suite with two queens and a pullout sofa bed. That is what I paid for and expected. When I went to the front desk they said they were completely sold out so I couldn’t even rent an additional room. However another member of my party went to the round desk and was able to rent a room. They should have offered me an additional room that I could have paid for. When I arrived in my room it was also not cleaned well smudges on the mirrors dust and debris on the furniture surfaces. Wallpaper was feeling water damage in the bathroom. A towel rack had been ripped off the wall and a large hole remained. I felt ripped off staying here.
