The staff was friendly and check in was efficient. While waiting for another ( male) guest to check-in, i overheard a staff member to provide extensive details of amenities such as accessing indoor pool, but little explanation was offered to me ( female) during check-in. Maybe staff thought i hear the discussion or she was partially distracted. Room was clean and neat.Fully stocked kitchenette was included in the room. Hotel location was convenient to restarants, shopping and interstate. Would have liked to have more towels in the room.

The room I stayed in this time was not as clean as I expected it would be. Very disappointing. The refrigerator was filthy, there were splatter marks on the wall next to the toilet, long black hairs were stuck on things including on some towels, black mold growing on the bathroom vent, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and bubbling so bad, I thought it might fall. The dust in the room was very noticeable, you could smell it.
