Location was perfect. Pool was nice and it was nice to have the restaurant and additional pool. But it was closed because of off season. A big thank you to Agnes at the front desk, she helped me order food (i was having to much fun) LOL.. came back to hotel a lot tipsy... she was awesome!!! The public areas, chairs,tables need to be cleaned or updated. Overall a really great stay.

If it wasn’t were wonderful staff I would have provided a lower rating. Unfortunately the pictures of the rooms did not do this place justice. Very must smelling. Toilets wouldn’t flush and we had 2 rooms. Things need to be updated there. Also no lights on the patio to enjoy. Still charged the resort fee even though pool and outside bar closed due to weather so not able to enjoy any of the hotel amenities.

Nice from Afar
The hotel has a resort fee with slim to none of “resort style” amenities . The hotel from picture looks great, but in person is falling apart! It needs a major face lift. Our hotel room alone had broken lights and tv was broken . The bathroom even had a pet cockroach . Stains all over chair and bed . It was just not a great experience at all.
