I love Marriott and this stay was not typical…upon checking in, the hotel appeared older and in need of a refresh, but clean…then we entered our room to find more than a few hairs on the bathroom floor and a dirty q-tip next to the trash can in the main room…we went downstairs to enjoy the whirlpool, only to find some of the tiles around the pool and whirlpool slimy slippery, the jets we broken/not working properly and the water had debris floating in and on top…pkease note that I definitely have experienced worse and did remain in this hotel, but far from what I am accustomed to from the Marriot brand.

The dream team in action
Louise has an exceptional personality at the front desk. Third of the maintenance people and all the staff involved. I don’t remember the overnight front desk person; however, she was delightful also.
