Lovely short stay
Great stay. I arrived early, they stored my luggage for me and advised my room would be ready early. The room was as expected and hoped for. Some confusion with the TV, but that was probably more us than them! We slept well. Hot breakfast was an order service. We enjoyed the cold options whilst we waited. Poached eggs were still runny, winner! If I was to find any small issues they would be… Tea from a jug at breakfast wasn’t pleasant. The selection of complimentary beverages in our room was a little sparse! Our window didn’t open, it should have, but we were on the 16th floor.

Good location and comfortable rooms
Very good location. 5 minutes from train station. Very close to shops Rooms only cleaned after 3 nights Rooms are large and bed is comfortable. Draught from window Bed lights strange in that one near window switches on and of the other side of bed and the other side does opposite

A very arrange rigmarole in myself and hubby given different room numbers and keys in seperate check in. We didnt find each other for an hour (one without a phone) and missed half of works Christmas do!
