The room was relatively clean, but there were some sticky spots on the vinyl flooring in the bedroom. Water pressure for the shower was poor. In-room coffee tasted like it was a left over from the 80s, terrible. People across from me smoked just outside my door and left bottles of cigarette butts and ashes around my door. I didn't realize that there were no elevators; I have a hard time with stairs. I asked for a room downstairs and was told they were completely booked, although after Monday, there were hardly any people on the property. I wasn't offered a downstairs room throughout my stay. I will not be back to this property. The gate guards were the best part of my stay. They were friendly and professional.

The atmosphere was uniquely quiet for being so close to the strip. It reminded me of a real Tuscan villa, I loved it. Loved that we had everything we needed to be comfortable & not spend a ton of money eating out for every meal & buying all kinds of little things we didn’t think to bring! Loved the jetted tub in the master suite. However it didn’t quite make up for the fact that the hot tub was out of commission during our entire 5 day trip. Also the pool was horribly dirty due to the beautiful trees it’s surrounded with. I can imagine they make keeping it clean high maintenance but it made it less than awesome since we only even used the pool twice. Overall we loved our stay & would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a place!!

Housekeeping need to work on cleaning their rooms better and front desk needs to work on the way they handle situations that come about when it comes to the rooms I seen a Roach in my room and requested to move and they refused to move me and said they would just take care of the Roach so I had to leave my room for 30 minutes so they can spray just to come back to a whole lot of roaches in the kitchen drawer for my first time at the resort I was very unsatisfied with the room and the service I think they should spray every room after the guest leave and allow 30 minutes before they let someone else in there and if someone tells you they see a bug they should automatically be moved to another room so that it's taken care of housekeeping can't be doing their jobs right they should have caught that then I was told I would get a resort credit but I got nothing then they tried to give me a buy some timeshare for them I can't believe they had their nurse even asked after the service I received other than that the resort was nice my second room was nice but they got bugs and that first impressions everything I would not recommend anyone to stay there they need to clean clean clean they tried to act like it was the first time they ever seen that but I'm pretty sure it wasn't I don't know what their other properties is like but this one is not a good one. ne need to clean their houses

When looking at the photos for this property we were lead to believe there were multiple pools and a lazy river. Upon arrival we discovered there was only one pool and a hot tub. Both very dirty. The rest of the water on site is decorative. We also found out that the shuttle service ends at 9 pm. Our upstairs neighbors were either very noisy or the walls and ceiling are very thin. And the ceiling rained in the kitchen in the middle of the night. When I addressed each issue with the front desk I wasn’t offered any type of resolution. I was just agreed with on the false advertising issue and the others weren’t addressed at all. The only service that was excellent was the marketplace staff. They are amazing!! I have attempted to address my issues privately with zero response. We will never stay there again.

I love the Gated community very neat outside and clean. I wasn’t happy about the late checking because i was late to our wedding very noisy i got woken up at 2am
