the hotel needs remodel ! no remote in room,I called front descend waited 15 min. then went down to desk (late Sunday nite no customers)the girl was sitting at desk she handed me remote and told me to program it ,I said not sure how to do it so Jose came up and did it. the remote would not shut tv off , so it was on all night

I didn’t use all the available amenities, but as far needing a room to sleep and bathe, it was clean and comfortable and the staff were nice. It was definitely more than adequate and at a great price point.

At 1000 pm we check in. The 1 queen bedroom we reserve was not avaibaible, upgrade to a 2 queen, clerk and night manager did a great job not to charge for an upgrade. Went into the room and it was not serive. Looks like someone was still using it and not ask for room service and not check out. We left and drove home.
