The manager of the property canceled my reservation I showed up at 2:40 and wanted to check in he wouldn't let me I hopped out the door he ran out the door chasing me and canceled my reservation I also bought insurance on that reservation and I'm mad as hell about it

I never stayed at that horrible hotel 1 room was dirty fool of food. Next one smelled like marihuana and was full of roaches. I tried to cancel and was unable to get anyone from the hotel or travelocity to help me so I had to pick up my stuff and drive back home weekend ruined.
