Dear Tim, Before your arrival, hotel made call to informed that your room type is not available due to health concern. We advised you to talk to Expedia for free cancellation. You chose not to and spend night in a different room. You never brought any issue or concerns to staff attention about room you stayed. Despite it ,we apologize for any inconvenience.
