Property Manager Refused $490 Refund
I got sick on day 1 of a 3 day stay, checked out after one night. I was not feeling well and tested positive for Covid, so we checked out the morning of the second day so as to not put anyone else at risk. The reservation was booked through Hotels.com and the property manager refused to refund the remaining charges (approximately $490). Needless to say, we will not be using the Hilton or Hotels.com in the future nor will we recommend it to any of our friends and acquaintances.
