Room clean and pleasant, staff attentive and helpful. Overall building security compromised by inoperative card readers at rear entry doors, with doors being propped open by guests.

Don't stay here.

This place is more of a rent by the hour establishment. I got their and notice it looked nothing like the pictures. Went in the office and saw a bunch of staff to which nobody spoke English. After finally getting my room key I found my room and was mortified of the condition of the room. The tub and toilet was disgusting and the walls had body fullied. I went back to the office and checked out. Had to get a hotel last minute so place else. I spoke to the manager about a refund he didn't understand why I was unhappy. I explained to him the hotel was not suitable for children. He gave me a 50% refund.

Close to the function we needed to attend.

Numerous windows were broken and needed to be replaced. Our room window for the patio was cracked in two places, the cracks were long and some tape was put on them. One of the windows coming into the hotel was missing and a piece of cardboard was in its place. On our second and last night it rained very hard, I woke up because I heard a drip, drip,drip. There was water leaking from the ceiling at the foot of our bed and it was landing on the bed. There was also other places where the rain was coming in and the rug was pretty wet. I went down to the front desk and told whoever was in charge that there was a leak in the ceiling. Before I had the chance to tell him what room number it was, he told me the room number. He said when it rained hard the ceiling leaked. That was it, he offered no apology or neither did he offer us any kind of discount.

Best service

This was the best service I have ever received at a hotel. Why? The single room they gave was not cleaned. I told the person at the check-in desk and they apologized and gave me a double room. The room was like a 5 star hotel room with the beds made fancy, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock, soap, shampoo, T,V. with too many movie channels, and best of all the room was super clean. They also have a breakfast buffet which had fruit, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and other items for a full breakfast.

This motel has been a long = time stopver for me. It is being improved but still is not a prime residence It is comfortable and convenient

Pros: convenient location
I chose this motel because of its proximity to my destination. It is undergoing improvement over the poor conditions of maintenance and furnishings. However traces remain of deteriorated chairs. Its shower needs support safety bar installations. Its personnel are friendly and cooperative.

This hotel is good value

The property is being refurbished and looks a mess from the outside. The parking lot has many full Dumpsters scattered around it along with storage trailers. There is a liberal scattering of trash everywhere, but hey, its NJ! I did not try the breakfast, which looked too minimalist--toast, waffles, orange juice, and coffee. I would gladly stay here again.
