It was dirty, there were cigarette burns in the bed and everything around. Overall the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, just dingy and dirty. Would not stay here again.

the room was stinky (mostly from the carpet), there were ants everywhere (in the beds too !!!) and the room was adjacent to some "service room" in which there was something that turned on randomically all night long making a huge noise and making the wall to tremble....I said this to the manager but "excuse me" is not enough for 96 dollars at night...and the poor breakfast in the same place where the check-in is located just completed the bad experience....

The heating unit was limited to adjustment measures (ex. low heat, high heat with a fan blower). It was either too hot and dry, or too cold. This appears to be an older unit. I stay here last week in room 211 and the heating unit appears to have been updated. The heat was measured by degrees and the stay was excellent. This time the experience was good with the exception of the heat making it too dry which had an effect on my sleep.

Only a Super 2 (out of 8)

Pros: Close to UMD
Cons: Rooms need to be renovated, should provide a more substantial breakfast
The hotel seems much older than I would have guessed it is, the rooms have tired and worn furnishings and old bedspreads, carpet, etc. The room looked like it probably had been cleaned, but there were dark spots on the walls and the shower curtain rail was almost broken and hanging down. The trim on our door in the hallway was broken off and hanging off the wall. The window didn't lock, they had a piece of wood to keep someone from opening it (we were on the ground floor). Didn't look very secure. The "free breakfast" was a joke, they had two types of cereal, some packaged cinnamon rolls, toast, frozen waffles, and a bowl of Red Delicious apples. Had to go next door to the diner to get proper food.

The rooms are unclean, dirty bedding and floor, hair dryer not working. I prepaid for 5 days stay but left after 1 night.

UGH

Cons: Customer service
Front desk woman was lazy, with a BAD attitude. The male housekeeper, however was a pleasue to deal with.
