Horrible service. Called the front desk twice, one time for a new tv remote and another for a room service menu. Both times they took over half an hour to bring those to the room. I had to go out, buy food, returned, and the employee was just getting there with the menu.

convenient location with good quality

good. This is a high end hotel chain but not expensive at all (the next building is westin, which is more expensive). Basically you can get something you can expect from a high quality hotel chain. mostly it was satisfying.

Nice but could use few improvements. .

I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a refrigerator in the room. And I have been in many 5 star hotels throughout the world. They did have a fully stocked 'Chiller' in your room. It was filled with outrageously priced beverages...and came with a warning not to put your own drinks in it! So you had to turn your sink in the bathroom into an ice filled cooler....4 days of this was ridiculous. Thank goodness the ice machine was on our floor in a closet at the end of the hallway. I pity the poor people in the room right next to it. It was very loud! A bathtub would have been nice too....but other than that. It was a beautiful place to stay with wonderful bed and linens! Would not stay here again unless had room refrigerators though.

Great trip in DC

Great location and helpful staff. Being a solo traveller I felt safe in the neighbourhood. Hotel is approx 8 min walk to 2 metro stops.

My friend and I stayed at Loews Maddison for 5 nights and from check in to check out the outstanding service and friendliness of the staff was a stand out for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff and a great location. Since our room was not available, we were upgraded upon arrival, which was very nice.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel

Location is cool and close to White house and other monuments. Room is sparse, not even a simple coffee machine. Coffee in the lobby in the morning disappears by 8 AM. Parking is super expensive.

极差的房间体验

我不得不吐槽我们的房间! 酒店位置尚可,停车超贵。 尤其是给我们安排的房间极差。当时我给前台说明因为第一次来华盛顿,希望安排高楼层能看见城市景观。结果, 安排的4层! 好吧,酒店客满,我也不能说啥。进入房间一看, 窗户还是面对的天井, 一些空调外机什么的设备整天嗡嗡嗡作响。好吧,大不了不开窗,白天出门玩,也可忽略。晚上,回到房间休息,忽听门外哗哗哗的巨大响声,开门一看,我的天,房门外直接就是自动取冰的设备,不时有客人取冰时发出哗哗哗的超大噪音! 这个位置都能作为一间客房,我也是醉了!!!酒店真是任何位置都要节约起来不浪费啊!! 后来想了想,所谓的神秘优惠15% 是不是就“优惠”到这里!只能怪自己贪“便宜”啊!! 说实话,二百多美元一晚的价格也并不便宜啊,呵呵呵。 希望以后酒店能标明优惠房间的“优惠”所在!让顾客能明明白白消费, 而不是把"优惠"作为诱饵售出一间任何人任何价格都不愿住的房间!
